Builder of high-performing teams for lasting community impact
What I Do
I believe lasting change happens when people, organizations, and communities work together toward a shared goal. That belief has guided my career from the courtroom to executive leadership.
Today, I help organizations navigate change, strengthen operations, and build partnerships that create lasting impact. I believe the strongest organizations are built by investing in people, creating systems that support their success, and fostering cultures where individuals can do meaningful work and thrive.
I measure success not only by the systems I build, but by the people they empower. My greatest accomplishment is helping others discover they're capable of more than they thought possible, because when people thrive, organizations become stronger and their missions reach further.
How I Lead
I believe the best leaders create the conditions for others to succeed. Every person brings unique talents, experiences, and perspectives, and my role is to help those strengths flourish in service of a shared mission.
I lead by listening, asking thoughtful questions, and trusting people to lead in their areas of expertise. I strive to build teams where people feel valued, supported, and challenged to grow because I believe people do their best work when they find purpose, trust, and joy in what they do.
After listening and gathering diverse perspectives, I make thoughtful decisions and take responsibility for the outcomes. I believe the strongest decisions are informed by data, strengthened by collaboration, and guided by an organization's mission and values.
